MRI Quality Control Technologist (AI)

Location: Remote, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future employer visa sponsorship.

Hourly rate: $42.79–$52.88, depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Perform quality control checks on MRI body composition imaging, including fat, muscle, and organ segmentation.
• Verify imaging outputs against established thresholds and acceptance criteria.
• Apply standardized imaging and QC protocols across assigned cases.
• Document findings, maintain accurate QC records, and escalate deviations to the MRI QC Manager.
• Identify inconsistencies in imaging outputs and support updates to QC processes and reference materials.
• Communicate QC findings and provide feedback to MRI technologists, analysts, and clinical staff.

Requirements

• ARRT (MR) or CAMRT certification required.
• At least 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist or in MRI image post-processing.
• Strong technical understanding of MRI imaging protocols.
• Ability to identify subtle errors or inconsistencies and maintain accurate QC documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging, Radiologic Sciences, or a related field.
• Prior quality control or imaging analysis experience.
• Familiarity with MRI body composition or quantitative imaging platforms.
