European Asset Data Controller

What you will do

• Establish and maintain European standards for asset naming, product codes, data dictionaries, hierarchies, locations, packaging, and mandatory fields.
• Lead asset-data harmonisation, cleansing, standardisation, migration, and consolidation across European business units.
• Develop data-quality, compliance, utilisation, availability, ROI, and asset-performance reporting.
• Conduct asset-data audits, coordinate inventory audits and cycle counting, and track corrective action plans.
• Prepare asset data, documentation, SOPs, and working practices for a single EasyJob environment.
• Deliver user guidance, onboarding, refresher training, and practical support to asset managers and operational teams.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in master data management, inventory control, ERP administration, or data governance.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including advanced Excel and ideally Microsoft BI capability.
• Experience managing large-scale datasets, data-quality controls, compliance reporting, and improvement activity across multiple teams or locations.
• Excellent attention to detail, process discipline, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate data standards into practical guidance for technical, operational, finance, and systems teams.

Nice to have

• EasyJob or equivalent rental ERP experience.
• Power BI, asset-management, RFID, or inventory-tracking experience.
• Experience in events, production, logistics, or technical services.
