What you will do
- Manage freighter schedule development and delivery for current IATA seasons, including re-fleeting, capacity optimization, and operational integrity.
- Develop annual, 5-year, and 10-year schedules aligned with fleet strategy and commercial objectives.
- Design and implement a profitable freighter network that balances cargo capacity and fleet utilization.
- Analyze route profitability and recommend tactical and structural frequency or fleet adjustments.
- Protect and enhance the slot portfolio, ensure accurate flight publication, and manage value-adding charter requests.
- Coordinate with network planning, revenue management, operations, maintenance, finance, commercial, government affairs, and communications stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of airline experience in network planning or scheduling.
- Experience with airline cargo is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant postgraduate studies preferred.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
