SME for DORA

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź, with 2–3 days per week from the office

Salary: 500–800 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of a business-critical data and reporting solution supporting the DORA Register of Information.
• Ensure application availability, stability, performance, compliance, and operational continuity.
• Drive improvements across applications, data flows, reporting accuracy, data quality, and operational efficiency.
• Support incident, problem, and change management, including troubleshooting and resolution activities.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, external vendors, and technology teams across multiple functions.
• Identify automation opportunities, maintain documentation and governance standards, and contribute to future-state solution design.

Requirements

• Experience in application lifecycle management and application support.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience with Snowflake and Power BI.
• Knowledge of data quality, reporting processes, data governance, risk, security, and compliance principles.
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills, with experience working with business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience with project management or cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DORA regulatory requirements and third-party risk management.
• Experience with procurement or supplier data management.
• Experience automating recurring reporting processes.
• Requirements gathering and process improvement experience.
