Customer RMA and Asset Data Manager (Master Data)

Location: Gdynia, Poland; hybrid work with office presence required 3 days per week

What you will do

• Manage asset and entitlement master data, including new asset assignments and regular reviews.
• Maintain asset information following contract renewals and other business changes.
• Coordinate with Spare Parts Managers to support spare-parts planning and depot dimensioning.
• Monitor ERP and CRM asset-data interfaces, identify inconsistencies, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Validate system records against customer installed-base information and prepare regular and ad hoc reports.
• Drive data quality, investigate recurring issues, and represent Reverse Logistics in asset-management and system-interface initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in master data management, asset management, logistics, customer service, business administration, or a related operational environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets, reporting, and data-quality analysis.
• Understanding of business processes and relationships between master data, systems, and operational outcomes.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems and strong proficiency with office and reporting applications.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
