Senior DWH Analyst (Data Warehouse)

Location: Flexible hybrid model with 1 day per week onsite in Warsaw, Wrocław, or Gdańsk, Poland

What you will do

• Gather and analyse user data requirements and map business needs to Data Warehouse structures and reports.
• Define target data models, identify source data, and prepare detailed source-to-target mappings.
• Design data transformation and processing logic for new Data Warehouse changes.
• Build and test SQL prototypes and support developers during implementation.
• Test completed Data Warehouse solutions and validate data quality and implemented logic.
• Coordinate analytical work and maintain analytical documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working with data and Data Warehouses as an analyst.
• At least 5 years of experience in data modelling and Data Warehouse process modelling.
• Strong practical knowledge of Data Warehouses, including designing and building Data Warehouse solutions and universal data models.
• Experience defining data processing algorithms, source-to-target mappings, and transformation logic.
• Very good SQL skills and the ability to independently prepare and test SQL prototypes.
• English at minimum B2 level and availability for hybrid work with 1 onsite day per week in Warsaw, Wrocław, or Gdańsk.

Nice to have

• Banking or financial services experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or Databricks.
• Experience with large enterprise Data Warehouse environments.
