What you will do

• Own and manage the Compliance data delivery roadmap and support priority setthirify.global.
• Coordinate Compliance data requirements and initiatives across Compliance, Data and Technology functions.
• Validate data architecture, data exchange agreements and legal documentation for data hirify.globalestion.
• Identify opportunities to use data, AI and GenAI in Compliance risk management.
• Develop dashboards and analytical solutions providhirify.global business and regulatory insights.
• Lead strategic projects, stakeholder governance, data literacy initiatives and global data-awareness campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in data, analytics or data transformation, includhirify.global complex data change initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI, machine learnhirify.global and rapid prototyphirify.global.
• Proficiency in Python and analytical libraries includhirify.global Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow and Dash.
• Experience develophirify.global dashboards with Power BI, Cognos or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of data architecture, data governance, data hirify.globalestion and Compliance processes.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder-management, analytical and communication skills.
