Senior Snowflake Analyst (Data Analysis)

Location: Hybrid, with 60% office attendance in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warszawa, or Łódź, Poland

Rate: 130 PLN/hour net on B2B

What you will do

• Elicit, validate, and document functional and non-functional IT requirements.
• Extract, analyze, visualize, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Create data mappings and perform gap analyses between as-is and to-be solutions.
• Contribute to IT solution design, document data flows, and describe target technical solutions.
• Prepare solution requirements with acceptance criteria and detailed Solution Design documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams while sharing knowledge and maintaining alignment.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in data or IT analysis.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Snowflake and data analysis.
• Experience with Nasdaq AxiomSL Controller.
• Solid knowledge of data mapping and solution design.
• Ability to understand complex business domains, data structures, and supporting systems.
• Advanced spoken and written English required for daily international communication.
