People Experience Lead

What you will do

• Design and improve employee experience and ways of working across the organization.
• Own employee listening through pulse surveys, engagement insights, and feedback analysis.
• Design, implement, and evolve performance and progression frameworks.
• Improve fairness and consistency in performance reviews, calibration, and promotion decisions.
• Identify retention risks and partner with leaders and People teams to address them.
• Use automation, AI-enabled tools, and scalable solutions to improve people processes and organizational insight.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in People or HR roles.
• Strong experience in performance, engagement, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience implementing or improving HR technology, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and challenging constructively.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
• Experience working in a global or distributed organization.
