What you will do

• Build and execute the end-to-end global social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Lead the strategy and production of short-form video content for brand awareness, product education, and user growth.
• Monitor internet culture, trends, memes, audio cues, and viral formats, adapting them to hirify.global’s brand voice.
• Develop a consistent brand tone, visual identity, and narrative across different audiences and platforms.
• Build and direct a global network of creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
• Oversee community engagement and use performance data to optimize content and campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience running social media for a consumer, technology, fintech, crypto, or lifestyle brand.
• Strong understanding of X, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Excellent understanding of internet culture, trends, and online communities.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to move quickly, experiment, and take creative risks.
