What you will do

• Set and evolve the global organic social strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Substack and emerging channels.
• Define channel roles, audiences, editorial rhythms, KPIs and publishing standards across global and regional markets.
• Create platform-native posts, carousels, short-form videos, scripts, reactive commentary and recurring social formats.
• Develop and manage creator and influencer partnerships, including outreach, briefing, contracting, brand safety and performance evaluation.
• Lead community management, social listening, audience engagement and event coverage across priority platforms.
• Manage social tools, agencies, production partners, workflows, budgets, timelines and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of social media experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Experience in B2B technology, fintech, payments, financial services or another complex category.
• Proven experience setting social strategy and managing global channels.
• Strong portfolio of written, visual and short-form video content, with exceptional social copywriting skills.
• Experience developing creator programmes, managing communities, conducting social listening and using publishing, analytics and community tools.
• Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working across regions and time zones.
