Social Media Specialist (Gaming)

What you will do

• Create and publish social content for hirify.global and its portfolio of games and projects.
• Help shape and execute the social strategy for hirify.global’s channels while maintaining a distinct brand identity.
• Identify trends, conversations, cultural moments, and assets that can engage audiences, reacting quickly with relevant content.
• Adapt ideas and creative assets for Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Reddit, Discord, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with Creative, Marketing, and studios on social campaigns, launches, scheduling, publishing, and channel operations.
• Monitor community sentiment and content performance, report insights, and create social-first assets and video content.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in social media or content roles.
• Strong content creation skills, from developing an idea through to execution.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, their audiences, formats, and evolving communities.
• Experience with social publishing, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Awareness of online culture, trends, and emerging formats, with a genuine interest in video games and gaming culture.
• Ability to create content using Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premiere, or comparable tools, or willingness to learn.
