What you will do

• Build and lead a new social media function spanning international creative hubs.
• Set channel strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, adapting content to each audience.
• Use performance data, reach metrics, and audience insights to shape creative direction and publishing plans.
• Develop creator, influencer, and co-creation programmes that produce authentic, platform-native content.
• Partner with creative teams, agencies, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Establish social as a proactive, insight-led driver of brand growth and audience engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading global, multi-channel social strategies across B2B, B2C, or complex service environments.
• Strong understanding of social algorithms, search behaviour, captions, GEO/SEO, and platform-native content.
• Confidence using analytics, reach data, and funnel insights to improve creative performance.
• Experience managing creators, influencers, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
• Forward-thinking approach to content production, emerging technology, and generative AI.
• Ability to work in or be based in Greater Manchester, United Kingdom.
