Senior Python Developer (with .Net/C# experience)

Location: 100% remote or flexible hybrid from Gdańsk, Kraków, or Warszawa, Poland

Salary: 1,000–1,280 PLN per day on B2B; alternatively 1,240–1,500 PLN per MD + VAT

What you will do

• Develop and improve software for intelligent heating and hot water management.
• Build cloud-native platforms for scalable analytics and real-time operational insights.
• Design and develop event-driven services and distributed event-processing systems.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure and user-facing applications.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and platform engineers in a cross-functional team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial Python experience.
• Practical experience with .NET/C# and strong experience with PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience and basic Azure Cloud knowledge.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging systems.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional engineering team.

Nice to have

• Experience with migration and platform transformation projects.
• React and TypeScript skills.
• Hands-on Kafka experience.
• Experience with modern data platform ecosystems.
