Senior Java Developer (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warsaw, or Łódź, Poland, with 2–3 days per week in the office

Salary: 1,000–1,200 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Java-based solutions for Data Products initiatives.
• Rebuild and enhance collateral data streams according to Data Mesh principles.
• Design, develop, and analyze data solutions supporting banking and financial services processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions as a sparring partner.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in distributed teams.
• Experience with peer reviews and the four-eyes principle.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to adapt to changing business and technical requirements.
• Proactive approach and willingness to support colleagues in technical discussions.

Nice to have
