Legal Counsel (Crypto/AI)

What you will do

• Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts.
• Assess how different jurisdictions operate, including their legal risks and benefits.
• Balance legal considerations with commercial objectives.
• Negotiate with counterparties and verify their documentation.
• Manage legal and administrative processes from start to finish in a dynamic startup environment.
• Respond flexibly to non-linear tasks and support business activities without relying on separate corporate functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience supporting technology business development or related operations.
• Thorough understanding of English law and its application to global contracts across jurisdictions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Perfect English is required.
• Passion for emerging technologies, particularly crypto and AI.
• Experience working in a non-corporate environment without standardized processes.
