Senior Client Partner (Mobile Advertising)

Location: Beijing, China

Base salary: 334,800–595,100 CNY gross annually

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of gaming advertisers as the primary client contact.
• Drive campaign performance, revenue goals, and advertiser user acquisition outcomes.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across hirify.global Ads, Offerwall, and hirify.global LevelPlay.
• Coordinate execution with Product, Performance, Technical Support, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic performance recommendations.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and client meetings.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in mobile advertising, especially user acquisition or monetization.
• Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales with measurable revenue results.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence leading client performance reviews.
• Professional English proficiency is required for regular communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.
