Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Chief of Staff (Crypto / AI)

hirify.global is an early-stage crypto and AI startup building marketplaces that help AI companies acquire quality research, datasets, and other intellectual property while preserving data privacy.

What you will do

• Act as the CEO’s right hand and manage business development and operational processes from start to finish.
• Build relationships with venture capitalists, family offices, investment syndicates, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Create and execute fundraising strategies, lead investor negotiations, and drive the Seed Round process toward the targeted $5m raise.
• Develop strategic plans and make decisions on partnerships, acquisitions, resource allocation, and competitive positioning.
• Oversee project operations across technology development, token management, compliance, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Engage with the crypto community and use social media, blogs, events, and other online communications channels to generate business development opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of real experience in technology business development, tech sales, presales marketing, fundraising, or related operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in an early-stage or growth-stage startup; crypto, AI, fintech, gaming, gambling, or forex experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success closing deals with investors and paying customers, with an extensive investment-community network.
• Strong communication, negotiation, charisma, crisis management, self-direction, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interest in crypto, AI, and new technologies, including practical use of AI tools such as Copilot and GPT for CRM and client tracking.
• Perfect English is required. Working or native knowledge of other major global languages is a plus.

• Experience securing funding through token presales.
