Technology Risk Officer (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Hybrid setup: after the first three months, work two days remotely and three days in the office each week.

What you will do

• Continuously test and challenge ICT infrastructure controls to identify weaknesses before they affect users.
• Use AI to automate control testing, monitoring, and evidence collection at scale.
• Investigate technology incidents and engineering processes, distinguish meaningful risk from noise, and prioritize remediation.
• Lead business continuity and disaster recovery testing across technology, business processes, and critical suppliers.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams, challenge control owners, and drive weaknesses through to resolution.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of operational and ICT resilience with an engineering-oriented approach.
• Proven experience with automated control testing, monitoring, continuous tests, and alerts.
• Strong expertise in business continuity and resilience testing across technology, processes, and suppliers.
• Strong risk judgment, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and challenge capabilities.
• Comfort using AI to design and scale risk processes.
• Ability to work in the Amsterdam hybrid setup with three office days per week after the first three months.
