CS&S Security Architect

Location: Based in Veldhoven, the Netherlands

hirify.global develops high-tech semiconductor manufacturing systems and operates a centralized security organization with security risk management embedded across business sectors.

What you will do

• Provide architecture-level security direction and assurance across applications, AI solutions, products, and services.
• Assess technical risks and define proportionate security controls for new and existing solutions.
• Review secure solution designs, including data flows, trust boundaries, integrations, identity, operational dependencies, and residual risks.
• Develop security capability and service roadmaps aligned with product, infrastructure, and IT operations roadmaps.
• Translate penetration-test, vulnerability, threat-model, code-review, and compliance findings into actionable remediation plans.
• Conduct Security Control Gap Assessments and support governance, risk, and compliance alignment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in information security, cybersecurity, or an equivalent field.
• At least 10 years of experience in security architecture, security design, and requirements collection.
• Deep knowledge of security technologies, architecture principles, risk management, and industry best practices.
• Experience with security assessments, security implications, security frameworks, and current EU legislation including CRA and NIS2.
• Experience coordinating information security risks with business and technology stakeholders and communicating technical risks in business language.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, ISSAP, SABSA, TOGAF, or equivalent are required; practical experience and delivery of security outcomes are valued highly.

• Experience in a high-tech, engineering, or semiconductor environment.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary projects and dealing with customers.
