Security Specialist – IAM Governance & Risk (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of IAM governance frameworks, standards, and control objectives.
• Maintain traceability between IAM controls, risks, regulatory requirements, audits, business needs, and internal policies.
• Perform IAM risk assessments, thematic reviews, risk treatment activities, and risk-based stakeholder challenge.
• Support control testing, evidence collection, assurance activities, audit readiness, and remediation tracking.
• Assess access governance, Privileged Access Management, Segregation of Duties, identity data governance, resilience, and access visibility.
• Contribute to governance reporting, maturity assessments, management reviews, and emerging areas such as non-human identities and AI identity security.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IAM, information security, cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, or internal or external audit.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management, including joiner-mover-leaver processes, authentication, authorization, access reviews, and certifications.
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management, Segregation of Duties, security controls, compliance frameworks, and risk management principles.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, documentation, and traceability management.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and independent working skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with IAM governance programs, internal controls, audit support, control testing, assurance activities, metrics, reporting, governance dashboards, or regulatory compliance programs.
