What you will do
- Lead cross-functional projects across Product, R&D, BI, Monetization, and Operations teams.
- Identify risks, remove execution blockers, and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
- Configure and manage production flows, including version rollouts and configuration changes.
- Set up and oversee A/B tests and optimization initiatives while tracking results.
- Manage changing priorities and release schedules in a dynamic environment.
- Create visibility into project status, timelines, and key updates.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical orientation with familiarity with software development processes, data-driven thinking, and AI-based tools or workflows.
- Fluent English is required for regular professional communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.
- Work visa or immigration sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the AdTech industry.
- Familiarity with the Android environment.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools.
