Project Manager (Process Systems)

Location: Caesarea, Israel; onsite role with international travel required

What you will do

• Coordinate multidisciplinary project activities across internal departments, manufacturing, subcontractors, customers, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering timelines, milestones, resources, priorities, deliverables, and budgets.
• Manage project risks, procurement, resource allocation, reporting, documentation, lessons learned, and corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality requirements, and company standards.
• Improve project-management tools, software, policies, processes, workflows, templates, and supporting documentation.
• Manage the full lifecycle from customer data collection and design through production, FAT, onsite system implementation, and customer training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline such as industrial or process engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in the processing industry, including food, pharmaceutical, or defense.
• Hands-on experience with process-system projects and multidisciplinary projects spanning process, mechanical, electrical, and control disciplines.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, web-based project-management platforms such as Monday.com, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent Hebrew and English required.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally, work across time zones, and support assignments lasting 14 days or longer.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with ERP and PLM systems.
• Experience working with international projects, customers, and companies.
