What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS cloud projects and platform integrations for major enterprise clients.
- Coordinate engineering and architecture teams delivering cloud infrastructure solutions and advanced platform architectures.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and serve as the primary Professional Services contact for enterprise, financial, and government clients.
- Analyze systems and business requirements and prepare Business Requirement Documents, technical specifications, and Statements of Work.
- Monitor project budgets, profitability, resource allocation, timelines, KPIs, and delivery risks.
- Oversee integrations in regulated environments and coordinate with security and compliance teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager delivering complex technical projects.
- Professional Services experience with client-facing technical delivery and project scoping.
- Strong hands-on understanding of AWS technologies, services, and architectural patterns.
- Experience creating detailed business and technical documentation and bridging R&D teams with clients.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and AI tools.
- Strong client-facing, negotiation, communication, prioritization, and matrix-management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with financial services, insurance, or government projects.
- Experience with Generative AI projects or LLM integrations.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification.
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum Master certification.
