Project Manager - TLV (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; willingness to travel up to 15% for on-site customer engagements.

What you will do

• Own enterprise delivery engagements from kickoff through UAT, hypercare, and production rollout.
• Lead the delivery pod and manage the project plan and customer relationship across all workstreams.
• Manage project governance, RAID logs, change requests, UAT readiness, and delivery gates.
• Handle customer escalations and determine when executive-level escalation is required.
• Coordinate with enterprise stakeholders, AI engineers, solution architects, and product teams to create scalable workflow plans.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional project or program management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting-led delivery.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders and demanding clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage scope, delivery risks, timelines, and change requests.
• Readiness to travel up to 15% for on-site customer engagements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI platforms, LLM-based systems, intelligent automation, or agentic AI.
