Senior Project Coordinator (Gaming)

Location: Kharkiv or Lviv office, or remotely from Ukraine

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects from planning through delivery.
• Establish project scopes, owners, milestones, deadlines, dependencies, status tracking, and decision points.
• Build and improve workflows, frameworks, and recurring processes across marketing teams.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers; follow up with stakeholders and escalate issues when needed.
• Organize cross-team meetings, document decisions and next steps, and ensure follow-through.
• Provide reliable project visibility to stakeholders and leadership across multiple workstreams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, project coordination, marketing operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Strong organization, independent prioritization, stakeholder management, and follow-through skills.
• Experience turning initiatives into plans, ownership structures, workflows, and next steps.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, Confluence, and spreadsheets.
• Experience improving team workflows and supporting the adoption of new working methods.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher and the ability to work from Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, entertainment, digital products, or another fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting marketing teams or coordinating initiatives across multiple functions.
• Genuine interest in games.
