Senior Sales Operations Analyst (Salesforce CPQ)

What you will do

• Create, manage, and troubleshoot quotes in Salesforce CPQ across the quote-to-cash process.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for forecasting, pipeline, and performance reporting.
• Analyze sales data with Sales and Sales Operations leadership to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Build advanced Excel models and analyses for recurring and ad hoc business needs.
• Support Salesforce data hygiene and integrity while serving as a trusted Salesforce power user.
• Identify process improvements and support their implementation.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related role.
• Strong practical experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and daily platform navigation.
• Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience, including quote creation and management and understanding of quote-to-cash.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and dashboard building.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations.
