Senior Platform Engineer, Identity and Access Management

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid work with in-person collaboration each week; in most locations, the model requires four days in the office each week.

Base salary: GBP 59,400–82,866.66 annually, plus a 12.5% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and improve enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions using Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Engineer and automate Joiner, Mover, Leaver lifecycle processes with Okta Workflows.
• Implement SSO, MFA, identity governance, and integrations using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, and related protocols.
• Develop PowerShell automation and maintain hybrid identity services across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, enterprise domain services, Azure Application Proxy, and secure remote application access.
• Provide third-line support, contribute to incident response and root cause analysis, and document identity architecture and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience engineering enterprise IAM solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience with Okta SSO and Lifecycle Management, Okta Identity Governance, and Okta Workflows.
• At least 5 years of experience with Active Directory in complex enterprise environments, including Group Policy management.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Application Proxy or similar technologies, Microsoft Certificate Services, and PowerShell automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow, Splunk, SCIM, and SaaS application integrations.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code or automation tooling.
