Location: Hybrid role, based in New York, USA. Expect 10+ days a month in office.
Salary: $112,000–$130,000 USD (Annual Base Salary)

What you will do
- Design brand touchpoints from concept to completion across digital, physical, and live experiences.
- Contribute to defining and evolving the brand identity.
- Simplify abstract concepts through thoughtful design solutions.
- Curate brand systems with attention to clarity, composition, and coherence.
- Create and maintain brand design libraries and documentation.
- Navigate concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment through communication and prioritization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in brand design.
- Portfolio demonstrating range across graphic design, web, motion, typography, physical builds, apparel, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution.
- Collaborative with producers, program managers, marketers, and cross-functional teams.
