Brand Designer (Web3)

Location: New York salary range applies to positions based in NY; in-office collaboration is expected 10+ days per month according to manager and team needs.

Annual base salary for NY-based positions: $112,000–$120,000 USD, excluding equity, bonuses, and other compensation.

What you will do

• Design brand touchpoints across digital, physical, and live experiences from concept through completion.
• Help define and evolve the hirify.global and XRP brand identity across applications.
• Translate abstract concepts into clear, compelling visual solutions.
• Curate brand systems and maintain design libraries and documentation.
• Manage concurrent projects through communication, prioritization, and collaboration with producers, program managers, marketers, and cross-functional teams.
• Improve design processes and workflows while exchanging constructive feedback with teammates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in brand design.
• Portfolio demonstrating range across graphic design, web, motion, typography, physical builds, apparel, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Collaborative, adaptable, open-minded, and proactive about learning and skill development.

Nice to have

• Specialized skills in motion design or illustration.
