Senior Director of Product, Mobile

Location: New York City office, hybrid attendance three days per week

Salary: $323,000–$435,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the multi-year mobile strategy across native apps, mobile web, and responsive product experiences.
• Align executive stakeholders on target customers, strategic priorities, and investment sequencing.
• Lead, coach, and grow product managers across US and Dublin squads.
• Drive seller activation, engagement, and revenue through mobile product decisions.
• Define mobile-native experiences using in-person payments, real-time notifications, camera capabilities, and on-the-go workflows.
• Represent mobile in company-level product planning and shape the evolution of product architecture.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, including leading and developing product manager teams at Director level or above.
• Experience owning a mobile surface strategy spanning native apps and mobile web.
• Track record of shipping mobile-critical products with a high standard of mobile product quality.
• Demonstrated ownership of activation, engagement, or revenue outcomes.
• Fluency in mobile-native product mechanics and experience influencing decisions beyond direct scope.
• Commerce, payments, or seller and SMB tools experience is strongly preferred.
