Energy & Power Property Advisor – Digital Infrastructure

Location: New York, Houston, or Los Angeles, United States. Hybrid work is required, with colleagues expected to work in their local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.

Base salary: $92,500–$197,100 per year, plus possible performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Advise complex energy and power clients on business priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs.
• Lead advisory work for smaller and less complex books of business.
• Develop renewal and placement strategies with Placement, Advisory, and Client Executive colleagues.
• Analyze carrier quotes and support the development of insurance solutions and renewals.
• Manage policy activities, coverage changes, client inquiries, and reviewed policy delivery.
• Prepare research and documents, deliver technical expertise in RFPs, and build relationships with clients, carriers, underwriters, and internal colleagues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial property experience; energy and power experience is preferred.
• P&C license required, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with internal colleagues, clients, and carriers.
• Self-starter mindset, resourcefulness, and ability to bring solutions and ideas to the firm.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team and business goals.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
