Talent Analyst Full-time Summer 2027 (AI)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with in-office work Monday–Thursday and remote work on Friday.

Annual base salary: $80,000–$90,500, plus a $5,000 joining bonus.

What you will do

• Scope, develop, and manage end-to-end talent and recruiting analyses.
• Gather requirements, establish metrics, test hypotheses, and answer complex business questions.
• Present analyses and insights to Talent and business stakeholders.
• Use Visier to answer questions and build customized views for business leaders.
• Use or learn Google BigQuery to extract and manipulate talent data for projects and ad hoc requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, improve processes, and develop tools and recommendations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline, with expected graduation by Spring 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and strong academic, analytical, and problem-solving performance.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, prioritization, and learning skills.
• Professional maturity and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive data.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship from hirify.global.
