Operations Consultant - Commercial Lending

Location: Remote work may be available in select geographic locations, subject to hirify.global approval; occasional in-office participation may be required. Work must be performed from a quiet, secure, and confidential home workspace.

Base salary: $70,000–$156,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive loan documentation support for commercial lending fulfillment.
• Guide new and existing team members on documentation requirements and operational expectations.
• Lead operational support and implementation for complex services, processes, capabilities, and initiatives.
• Monitor process performance, business impact, risk indicators, and operational statistics.
• Resolve escalated process issues and exceptions while coaching operations managers and team members.
• Drive process improvements, policy changes, compliance resolution, and risk mitigation activities.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor's degree, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Strong legal background and deep expertise in loan documentation.
• Knowledge of operational functions, process management, business process design, standard operating procedures, and compliance.
• Strong communication, consulting, decision-making, critical-thinking, problem-solving, accuracy, and prioritization skills.
• Visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
