Senior Consultant Market Intelligence, Payment Ecosystem Risk & Compliance

Location: Hybrid position based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $130,600–$209,300 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Advise leadership with analytics, intelligence, and insights on ecosystem risk, compliance, and enforcement programs.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, performance metrics, governance presentations, and strategic reports.
• Analyze compliance trends, enforcement outcomes, risk indicators, industry developments, and emerging threats.
• Translate complex operational, regulatory, and risk data into actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
• Build forecasting, capacity, investment, and business-impact analyses for strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, executive reviews, governance discussions, and continuous improvements across risk programs.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent advanced-degree experience requirements.
• At least 7 years of experience in payments, financial services, banking, risk management, compliance, analytics, consulting, business intelligence, audit, or a related field.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including synthesizing complex datasets into recommendations.
• Experience developing executive presentations, dashboards, scorecards, metrics, and strategic reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with payments risk, compliance, enforcement, investigations, or ecosystem protection programs.
• Knowledge of card payments, ACH, push payments, network rules, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms.
• Experience building business cases, investment analyses, capacity models, forecasting models, and strategic planning materials.
• Payment network, financial institution, regulatory body, consulting, or hirify.global experience.
