What you will do

• Provide operational governance and performance oversight across a portfolio of contracts and projects.
• Support performance and quality reporting, implement measurement frameworks, and manage operational risks and issues.
• Conduct audits, case file reviews, assessments, and data analysis to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Develop and deliver operational training, evaluate its effectiveness, and track training outcomes.
• Lead or support project start-ups, expansions, close-outs, and recovery plans for underperforming projects.
• Partner with operational leaders and support functions to develop solutions, products, tools, and enterprise standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, organizational development, or equivalent applied experience and education.
• 3–5 years of experience in operational training and development, process improvement, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, recommendations, action planning, and quality improvement.
• Experience designing and delivering operational training using adult learning principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems and tools.
