IT Systems Analyst II (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements, document functional and technical specifications, and act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Research technologies and develop migration, implementation, and technical solution plans.
• Create, execute, and manage end-to-end test plans for web and mobile applications.
• Investigate application incidents by gathering logs, reproducing issues, documenting findings, and supporting resolution.
• Provide first-level technical support, troubleshoot application issues, train users, and support technology adoption.
• Analyze large data sets and conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in an analyst role within a healthcare facility or similar environment.
• 2–4 years of experience documenting requirements, building specifications, managing IT projects, and working with stakeholders.
• 2–4 years of experience testing web and mobile applications and performing standard QA activities.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements and creating test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
• Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, time management, and critical-thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or Professional Business Analyst (PMI-PBA) certification.
• Experience with Scrum, Agile, SQL, JavaScript, SSMS, Postman, Azure DevOps, or scripting.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar technologies.
