Senior Product Manager (Services)

Location: Mountain View, California; onsite three days a week in the office

Salary: $185,000–$195,000 base annually

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for connectivity services beyond SOS and SMS.
• Engage MNVOs, MNOs, OEMs, and chipset or module makers to identify needs, use cases, and product requirements.
• Partner with engineering, technology, marketing, sales, and other teams to define, develop, and launch new services.
• Develop product specifications and go-to-market strategies from concept through commercial launch.
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Define KPIs, measure product performance, and iterate on product strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably involving terrestrial and non-terrestrial technologies.
• Experience defining and executing product roadmaps from ideation through launch.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to discuss complex technical concepts with engineering teams.
• Experience bringing new services to market and working with domestic and international customers or partners.
• Data-driven decision-making skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and experience with agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

• Experience working with MNVOs, MNOs, OEMs, and chipset or module makers.
• Experience conceptualizing and commercializing services across terrestrial and non-terrestrial technologies.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
