Shift Lead, Vault

Location: Onsite at the New Castle, DE facility. Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Hourly pay starts at $26.00 per hour. The role may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Lead daily vault processing operations and run shifts when supervisors are absent.
• Catalog incoming inventory, research items, and communicate with Client Partners about additional services and condition assessments.
• Monitor throughput, shipping, and work-remaining metrics and communicate shift updates.
• Perform inventory audits, quality-control checks, and physical and system-based accuracy verification.
• Store, locate, pick, stage, pack, and ship valuable inventory while generating shipping labels.
• Mentor team members, operate material-handling equipment safely, and address process or quality concerns transparently.

Requirements

• Experience or demonstrated ability to lead shifts independently and make operational decisions without a supervisor.
• Exceptional attention to detail, research ability, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication, collaborative leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to focus on detailed tasks for extended periods while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred; an associate’s degree in a relevant field is also preferred.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; employment eligibility is validated through e-Verify.
