Inventory Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Amstelveen, Netherlands; hybrid working set-up

Gross annual salary: €54,400–€64,600, including an 8% holiday allowance.

What you will do

• Manage inventory distribution across the Nordics market through reservations and Distribution Center transfers.
• Align replenishment and setup requirements with sales forecasts and customer orders.
• Optimize market inventory utilization and provide visibility of current and projected stock levels.
• Support S&OE and S&OP by analyzing fill rates, demand plans, supply chain inefficiencies, and excess inventory.
• Lead weekly inventory meetings and collaborate with market stakeholders, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in planning, supply chain, or a related field.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
• Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes, commercial priorities, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in Excel, COGNOS, Tableau, and AS400 is highly desirable.
