Security Services Consultant (PAM)

Location: Remote from Mexico City, Mexico

Cybersecurity organization developing solutions to protect digital environments and reduce enterprise security risks.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise deployments of Privilege Access Management solutions throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
• Design, architect, deploy, and configure PAM solutions in customer environments.
• Run discovery and planning workshops, define success criteria, and manage technical activities.
• Act as the primary customer contact during planning, deployment, post-implementation support, and optimization.
• Support Self-Hosted and SaaS migrations, including scheduled maintenance windows and upgrades.
• Collaborate with Services, Support, Product Management, and R&D teams to resolve complex issues and provide documentation and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience deploying Idira or equivalent PAM solutions.
• 7+ years of professional experience in an enterprise software company or systems integrator.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, written and verbal, is required.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, network security, cloud infrastructure, AWS or Azure, Active Directory, and identity provider systems.
• Experience installing enterprise software on Windows and Unix platforms.
• Excellent customer-facing communication, organization, prioritization, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Portuguese proficiency.
• Experience with Idira migrations between Self-Hosted environments or from Self-Hosted to SaaS.
• Security+ or a similar security certification.
