Senior PAM Security Engineer (CyberArk/IAM): Building and supporting secure, scalable privileged access management capabilities across cloud and on-premises environments with an accent on system availability, vulnerability remediation, automation, and compliance. Focus on diagnosing complex PAM issues, integrating identity and infrastructure platforms, maintaining high-availability systems, and implementing security controls aligned with regulatory standards.

What you will do
- Support global PAM programs across on-premises and cloud environments using CyberArk and other PAM technologies.
- Implement new PAM capabilities, features, and automation, and support production systems and internal documentation.
- Analyze consolidated data, resolve conflicts, and translate high-level information into technical work plans.
- Diagnose complex PAM platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide incident response and on-call support.
- Maintain system health, apply patches, remediate vulnerabilities, and ensure high availability of IAM/PAM systems.
- Support compliance activities and collaborate with cybersecurity, service desk, systems engineering, network security, audit, application development, and infrastructure teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with IAM and PAM technologies, including CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea; CyberArk is preferred.
- Cloud PAM experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is required.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and authentication and authorization protocols across hybrid environments.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration, particularly securing UNIX systems and integrating them with PAM tools.
- Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, connectivity, and integration issues.
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, and modern PAM best practices.
- Knowledge of the incident response lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with DevOps and infrastructure-as-code tools, including Terraform, is required.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Ansible, with hands-on automation experience.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in teams.
