Director, Client Delivery (Events & Hospitality)

Location: Remote - GMR; international travel is required for site inspections and extended onsite execution periods of up to 90 days.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Lead HPE’s global events and hospitality portfolio from strategy and planning through execution.
• Direct end-to-end hospitality logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, international transportation, ticketing, accreditation, registration, food and beverage, gifting, and onsite staffing.
• Serve as the primary strategic partner for senior-level HPE clients, leading status meetings and executive presentations.
• Manage global vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain quality-assurance standards.
• Oversee multi-currency program budgets, Statements of Work, invoicing, financial tracking, and final reconciliation.
• Coordinate creative, digital, procurement, finance, logistics, and global operations subject-matter experts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B corporate hospitality and global event management.
• Strong guest experience, international logistics, vendor management, and budget management expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to advise, manage, and retain senior-level clients.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and master complex systems.
• Full authorization and readiness to travel internationally for site inspections and onsite execution periods of up to 90 days.
