What you will do
- Lead the product lifecycle from conception through launch, aligning product vision with customer needs and business goals.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, features, and functionality with engineering, sales, and customer support.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and communicate alignment across stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends, opportunities, competitive threats, and product performance.
- Build relationships with clients and industry experts to collect feedback and guide continuous product improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market strategies and ensure compliance with clinical trial regulations and standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience in life sciences or software development.
- Experience developing and launching software products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of clinical trials, RBQM, central monitoring, oversight solutions, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, with strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent qualification in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Startup or fast-paced life sciences experience.
- Product Management or Agile certification.
- Technical background and understanding of software development processes.
