Advanced Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid remote/on-site in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States; active Secret clearance required

Salary: $85,000–$101,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that meet user requirements and perform efficiently.
• Design next-generation cryptographic products as part of a cross-functional team.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead the software development process and provide technical leadership.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Rust and C/C++.
• Experience developing software for embedded platforms.
• Strong knowledge of technical standards, methodologies, and technology trends.
• Experience working in agile development environments and the ability to provide technical leadership.
