IT Systems Administrator (AI)

Location: Onsite in Austin, Texas; no remote or hybrid availability

What you will do

• Lead company-wide adoption of AI, automation, AI agents, and internally built tools.
• Develop and maintain APIs, full-stack applications, dashboards, reporting tools, and integrations across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and channel partner systems.
• Administer the Microsoft cloud environment, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, Teams, Entra, Endpoint, and Intune.
• Manage servers, networks, storage, Wi-Fi, access control, surveillance systems, equipment, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Implement cybersecurity controls, respond to incidents, conduct audits, and enforce IT security policies.
• Provide broad onsite IT support and coordinate with vendors to maintain reliable operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience as an IT Manager, Systems Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar technical leadership role.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, automations, agents, and internal applications using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalents.
• Full-stack development experience with strong API development and modern coding skills.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, Teams, Endpoint, and Intune, plus strong knowledge of networks, IT systems, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with CRM, CPQ, and channel partner software, along with strong troubleshooting, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate certification.
• Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate or Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification.
• CISSP, CEH, or ITIL Intermediate certification.
