Systems Engineer II (Microsoft 365 Collaboration Platforms)

What you will do

• Administer Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, Zoom, and Box.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity, Conditional Access, RBAC, synchronization, and identity lifecycle workflows.
• Administer Microsoft Intune across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, including enrollment, configuration, application deployment, and Windows Autopilot.
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, or VMware Horizon environments for remote and hybrid workers.
• Maintain endpoint security baselines, patching, compliance, Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, DLP, and device health monitoring.
• Support enterprise AI tools, integrations, documentation, automation, and collaboration with network, application, governance, and security teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of systems engineering or enterprise IT administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and endpoint management across multiple operating systems.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, hybrid identity, Conditional Access, and authentication technologies.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting tools, endpoint security, VDI, and application deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills; ServiceNow experience is required or relevant ITSM experience is expected.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 Certified MD-102, Azure Administrator AZ-104, or equivalent certification.
