AI Tech Consultant (Cyber Security)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid office presence shaped by business needs, team norms, and local policies

Base salary: EUR 46,000–49,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and implement cybersecurity roadmaps, strategic initiatives, security architectures, and operating frameworks aligned with client objectives.
• Lead complex cybersecurity projects from concept through implementation while managing timelines, budgets, and delivery quality.
• Advise clients during major IT transformation programs and support the achievement and maintenance of ISO 27001 certifications.
• Design cybersecurity solutions covering identity and access governance, data protection, security monitoring, and network protection using AI, blockchain, and cloud computing.
• Lead and develop interdisciplinary teams, mentor colleagues, support recruitment, and manage security vendors and solution providers.

Requirements

• University degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT security consulting or a similar role, including leadership of sizable and complex projects.
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity operating processes and frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, and SABSA.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, and interdisciplinary team-management skills.
• Excellent Italian and English communication skills required.
• Readiness to travel extensively for client engagements and project demands.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 certification.
• Experience working in global contexts and adapting to rapidly changing environments.
