Zone Client Advisory Leader (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid; Northeast Client Advisory team

Salary: $147,800–$275,300 base salary per year, plus potential performance-based incentives

What you will do

• Direct growth strategies, solution development, and execution for the Northeast Client Advisory team.
• Lead leaders and manage human capital strategy, including colleague development, hiring, and talent management.
• Deliver financial results through client retention and new business development.
• Build, negotiate, and maintain strong carrier relationships.
• Ensure positive client experiences, resolve field issues, and lead escalated client matters.
• Present to clients and centers of influence while using data analytics to support product development, marketing, risk assessment, and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Proven success managing and developing a team of leaders while delivering strong financial results.
• Active P&C license.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clientele.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of high-net-worth contract insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
