Early Career Insurance Account Manager Training Program (Insurance)

Location: On-site; a Florida 4-40 and/or 2-20 insurance license must be held or obtained within 90 days.

What you will do

• Learn customer service workflows and best practices for insurance accounts.
• Route policy documents and client notices.
• Navigate insurance carrier websites and follow up on pending coverage changes and cancellations.
• Review renewal policies and endorsements for quality assurance.
• Obtain loss histories and issue insurance certificates.
• Complete professional development training.

Requirements

• College degree or comparable education and work experience preferred.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and comfort performing computer-based work.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Intermediate skills with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Hold or obtain within 90 days a Florida 4-40 and/or 2-20 insurance license.
