HR Intern - REMOTE (US Experience)

Location: Remote, must be based in the Philippines; night shift from 10:00 PM–3:00 AM PHT.

hirify.global is a general contractor providing construction services across California, including building, electrical, and telecommunications infrastructure.

What you will do

• Assist with HR processes and documentation based on California labor laws.
• Maintain employee records and enter data in HR systems.
• Coordinate virtual onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Draft HR communications, letters, and reports.
• Research HR policies, compliance topics, and employment regulations.
• Protect confidential employee information and support administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Based in the Philippines with stable internet access.
• Available for night-shift hours from 10:00 PM–3:00 AM PHT.
• At least 3 years of local HR or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong interest in human resources; career shifters are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
